Just moved in!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Exceptional Leasing Experience with Anne-Marie at Valor Apartments

I had the pleasure of working with Anne-Marie during my move to Valor Apartments, and I couldn’t be more grateful. From the very beginning, she was incredibly prompt with communication and made the entire paperwork process smooth and stress-free.

Anne-Marie was hands-on, patient, and consistently kind throughout — truly one of the most well-rounded and thoughtful professionals I’ve encountered. She made me feel genuinely… welcome and was refreshingly straight to the point, which I absolutely love for me. Her support made my move-in experience far less complicated, and I was genuinely pleased with the outcome.

If you're considering Valor Apartments, ask for Anne-Marie. She’s a gem!

Home sweet home

Been here two years and I freaking love this place. Awesome management and beautiful Apartments. Great amenities and very family-friendly. If you are looking for a new apartment I would highly recommend Valor

Sweetest management EVER !!

This was going to be my first time moving out on my own with my boyfriend, unfortunately we made too much to be accepted into this community but the managers were so sweet and helpful giving us tips and helping us plan for the future !! I wish we could have moved into this community, but with that being said anyone who is planning on moving in, you’ll definitely fall in love w your leasing managers !

Hi my name is Bennie McCray and my wife is Rosa we have lived at Valor for over three years. We Highly recommend this complex for any one looking for a nice place to live. Marie and Sinnessa runs the front office and you are always provided with excellent customer service. You are always greeted with a smile and feel very comfortable knowing you are in good hands and never have to worry should you ever have an issue or concern. The complex is always well maintained and the maintenance crew… does a fine job taking care of any issues in a timely fashion.

GO ELSEWHERE!!!!!

The leasing office is unprofessional, incompetent, and deceitful. The units are not worth the epic struggle you may endure trying to get in here. They are only interested in getting you to apply and place a financial hold on a unit. Steer clear of this place unless you crave frustration and enjoy banging your head against the wall and screaming.
