Great apartment

Rose was wonderful, kind, efficient and helpful as we were navigating a life change, and needed an apartment as soon as possible. Everything was clean and freshly painted, and it's been a great place to live. We are very thankful for the help and quick timing to acquire the apartment.

Don't Do It. Not worth it at all

Rent is increased every year. This year it's $60. Last year $50. Next year it's $70.
The cost of the apartments, is no justification for what very little is here and care needed for the place. Black mold in ac-heater, windows an such, crappy pool and exercise room. Run.
