The apartment has been really nice so far. The space is a huge plus room-to-room wise. The community is great and some of the best pets I’ve had the opportunity to meet are the breeds banned in other places such as pit bulls. Also the pet limit being 3 instead of 2 has been a blessing. Everything that is needed is in the apartment which is an obvious plus. I can’t highlight the positives enough.

There are notable negatives that seem to be consistent with any apartment yet I’ll still complain… here anyways. The closet is not big enough at all, there is no where to put storage at all much less all of our clothes. The appliances kind of stink and the pink mold growth in/around the bathroom and kitchen sink are gross. We’ve been fighting the smell and mold since we’ve gotten here. We got a bleach tablet in the toilet and now there is grey/black mold growing in it. Nothing we do stops it from growing. The water in the bathroom sink stinks when first turned on, smells like something rotten.

I'm half way through my 2nd year at The Walker and I love seeing this place blossom further every month! Both staff and neighbors have been nice since day one and the amenities continue to remain reliable and useful. I'm excited to continue my stay here and to have found a place to live I feel relaxed and welcomed.

I have had a very positive experience living at The Walker! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. My neighbors are kind, courteous, and inviting. It's always awesome being able to attend events and utilize amenities such as the gym and the pool while also being able to say hello and socialize with those around!

I enjoy living here does have some cons such as the thin walls you can hear your neighbors tv and conversations, the neighbor above you can hear them stomping across the floor and the smell of weed is annoying when just walking through the halls, elevator or outside. Parking is sometimes not great especially after 5pm kinda hard getting a parking spot or scared leaving a spot to get food or run an errand after 5pm. The amenities and people are nice
