Great staff. Friendly. Maintenance comes fairly quickly after a request is submitted. Friendly neighbors. Lots of kids in the neighborhood. Quiet area.

The parking is awful, I can't even park in front of my door because there's petty neighbors that are selfish even though you can park anywhere. I have to leave out my house at 4am and walk far from my door to get in my car. The parking lot is not well lit,most of the lights don't work. Management don't care because they don't live here so something needs to change or my address will.

Do not live here

The buildings are old and everything breaks. Terrible landscape upkeep and overflowing trash everywhere. Infested with huge water bugs, spiders, and many other bugs. The list goes on… Two stars for the friendly leasing office staff and affordability.
