Chandler's Wharf

I have lived here for 5 years, and don’t regret my choice at all. Widowed and reluctant to move into an apartment community, I had my doubts and fears. Having lived with someone my whole life, to moving alone was scary. The manager met with me and made me feel welcome and safe.

I have had only 2 maintenance issues, and they were very responsive; came out same and next day. The neighborhood is quiet, and the property is very well kept. I can tell the managers and owner takes pride in this… property and assures it’s a safe and comfortable environment.

I love being close to the grocery store, convenience stores and minutes from the waterfront and downtown Hampton. Chandlers Wharf is ideal for anyone, if any age and status. I love it here! Read More

I have lived at chandlers for about 3 years now and it’s been a great experience since the very beginning. The apartment itself is spacious and reasonably price. Maintenance and Staff are always kind and are helpful. I would highly recommend !!

Chandler’s Wharf has been my home for years now. My experience living here has been nothing short of positive. Although inexpensive, you will not be sacrificing quality for the price! The apartments themselves are upkept and clean upon moving in. Any maintenance issues I’ve had over the years were promptly addressed and resolved by the awesome staff here. This place feels like home and I have had no complaints since moving in.

I have lived at Chandler's Wharf for a few months now. The property is very nice. My apartment was clean and in great condition when I moved in. The office and maintenance staff are attentive and friendly. The complex itself is quiet. I think I have a great apartment for the price.
