Fox Hill Apartments

I have lived here for a few years. These are old apartments so there will be repairs needed as in all apartments. I’ve also experienced at least four different management teams. Some good, some better. Without a doubt, the current property manager, Jasmine and the maintenance team are outstanding. Jasmine is always on top of things and answers any and all questions. I’ve lived at Fox Hill Apartments for a year, and it’s been a great place to call home. The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the grounds are kept clean and looking nice year-round.

I also want to give a special shoutout to Jasmine. She has always been professional, kind, and easy to work with whenever I’ve had questions or needed assistance. She makes the leasing office a welcoming place and... is always willing to help.

I have been at Foxhill apt for 7 years and I like it here. Little to no crime or theft. The office manager ( Jasmine ) is great. She very understanding of any problem that might happen. She get the problem dove in a fair amount of time. Jason ( maintenance man) is very nice and respectful. He does a good job in handle all maintenance concern.

Don’t move here. Nothing gets fixed and since the management company has constantly changed, there is no one who takes the responsibility of taking care of the tenants. My building has severe plumbing issues. I called about my toilet leaking all over the floor and never heard back. When the toilet is flushed it smells like sewage coming up from the kitchen sink. It’s a miserable place to live.

The management has been trash! We are on the second company since I’ve signed a one year lease. They don’t fix anything correctly. Do enough to get by! They had to give window units this summer and some tenants went without ac. They have bad plumbing issues, nothing is upgraded out here as the website and pictures say. Management has gone down with this new company. I cannot wait until my lease is up
