We love our home

We just renewed our lease and we love it here. With the convenience of downtown Hampton living it is easy to get anywhere from here. Staff is great and we pay our rent with ease. Maintenance is always available, friendly and professional. Not very noisy more quiet than you would think with the college being so close. Plus the elevators is a plus. Close to the markets, library , and walking distance to Walgreens and 711. I would recommend this place

Since Marvin and Rebecca started managing the property, I have seen a huge improvement the property is cleaner, response time to work orders is Amazing. I’m not sure what you pay these people, but they’re well worth it. Please keep them around. They truly make the property a pleasure to call home.

A huge thank you to the new amazing maintenance team Marvin and Rebecca!!!

Since the transition to the new management, we’ve noticed a remarkable difference in the overall quality of life here at our apartment complex – and a huge part of that is due to the exceptional work of the new maintenance team! The complex is now noticeably cleaner and better maintained, and it truly feels like a more welcoming place to live.
What stands out most is how quickly and efficiently maintenance requests are… addressed. Whenever we've had an issue, the team has been incredibly responsive, ensuring that everything is taken care of in a timely manner. It's clear that they take great pride in their work and are dedicated to making the community a better place for everyone.

Property manager

The current property manger is a positive presence on the property. Always visible, upbeat, and courteous. Very knowledgeable about his job and the day to day things that happen on the property. Since being here, the property has been in a very high state of order. Work orders are completed with in 24 hours. Actually is present during working hours. The property manager is a veteran of the Navy and you can tell because he runs a very tight ship.
