New Hampton Commons
I stayed in my apartment for less than a month. The apartment smelled like pets. There were dead bugs around the base boards throughout the apartment. When I turn on the water black stuff would come out. The alarm would always go off around 5:30 am. You only get one parking spot, which sucks. The numbers are so faded on the parking spots, and my friend car got towed. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. The apartments are too old and needs updating. I WOULD NOT… recommend this complex. Please don't waste your money! This was a costly mistake. Two months of rent to break your lease.
