Village at Town Park

I stayed in my apartment for less than a month. The apartment smelled like pets. There were dead bugs around the base boards throughout the apartment. When I turn on the water black stuff would come out. The alarm would always go off around 5:30 am. You only get one parking spot, which sucks. The numbers are so faded on the parking spots, and my friend car got towed. The walls are so thin you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. The apartments are too old and needs updating. I have lived here for 6 years...this was the perfect place. Now its time to go...complex under new management

I lam a renter at New Hampton Commons. I have been here for two years and I love it here. I live in a townhouse and it has an alarm on it. Renting any apartment safety is my first concern. Hampton Commons is a place I highly recommend with five stars. The staff and maintenance are friendly and fast service on any issue. If you need an apartment check out Hampton Commons it is a good place to live.

Great staff, will get work orders finalized quickly. Apartments are small, but functional, and the community is nice. Located close to the major interstates, and easy access to town center.
