The staff is very approachable and extremely kind and helpful. They respond to emails in a timely manner. Added security is a huge plus, and the building is kept very clean!

The staff were very kind and thoughtful while giving instructions about the move-in process. They answered all of the questions I had and even helped me log into the resident portal when it did not originally work for me.

I am entering my third year living at 865, and I love the location! As a student at JMU, it is located close to campus while still providing me with space away from the school atmosphere. Since the management change, I have seen noticeable differences in the effort to bring the 865 community together which has been nice!

Excellent service here! The team is always quick to address concerns and the complex is super clean and nice while also being close to campus with multiple bus lines nearby.
