Great first apartment

Great Spot

I've lived here a few years now and the entire staff has been nothing but nice, accommodating, and helpful. The units themselves are in solid condition and the complex is always making upgrades and improvements whether it be to the parking lots or even the locks on the doors. They are also really in-tune with the residents, sending out updates and offering us lots of opportunities for feedback that they do take into consideration. Last is the location. It's right off Main St and close to Purcell… Park, so while it's not easy walking distance from everywhere it's very accessible. It's also pretty close to a bus stop. I've loved it here and couldn't recommend it enough.

Fantastic First Apartment

I moved into Park Apartments 3.5 years ago and it's been really good for me. The property manager, Theo, is super understanding and easy to talk to. The apartment itself was nice; updated and spacious interior, plenty of natural sunlight, good water pressure/hot water, and overall a place I wanted to come home to at the end of the day. The short distance to the university and downtown are also a plus. Sadly, I have to move on for my career, but I'll always remember this apartment as my first… home.

Park apartments review

The apartments are small but cozy and they have amazing windows-they are huge and let in tons of light. The complex is broken into smaller units so they are quieter than other styles. The complex and grounds are well maintained and the maintenance staff are especially kind, efficient, and hardworking.
