Parkridge Garden Apartment is a Towing Trap

Parkridge Garden Apartment in Herndon,VA is a Towing Trap"
Beware future and current residents of parkridge garden apartment, Management will issue visitor parking pass more than the parking spot and claim 1st come 1st serve but most of the time 9 visitor parking spot is full, if you park other spot they will tow your car by JDR Towing company and you have to pay $180.00 to get it back, and this happened to me twice, Management dont take action at all. Dont let you hard earning money go by like… this.

Best Community & Management Team in Herndon!

It is because of the staff here and the Community Manager, Becky, that I have been a resident of Parkridge for almost 15yrs! My work orders are taken care of immediately and there is so much pride in making sure that the community looks its best and that the residents are taken care of. During the start of COVID, our Manager spent days calling food banks and churches looking for food donations to help the residents in need who had been laid off from work and had no money to feed their families.… She even spent money out of her own pocket to help those that she could. There are so many long-term residents here and although it is an older community, they are constantly making improvements and updating it and its because of the management's care and attention to resident satisfaction that so many of us have called Parkridge our home for so long!
