How Is This Rating Determined?

It’s ok but I don’t highly recommended

First it is a very kid friendly area . And also since they didn’t mention you have to pay to wash and dry your clothes and also you have to pay a fee if you have a pet . And the fee is pretty high and the rooms are not that big and the bathroom does not look very good .

DONOT MOVE HERE

These townhomes are supposedly renovated but honestly the renovation are bare the minimum. The property manager is extremely rude and she claims they do not have a corporate. My rent went up 100 for just 1 year of staying here. You are better off living else where the complex offers nothing. Also, they said the apartment was completely renovated but we experienced roaches !!!
