Misleading

The property appears to be nice inside and out. Its located in a quiet neighborhood. I say all to say, I am surprised about the woman who answers the phone. Her tone does not match the property. She seems very nonchalant and unknowledgeable. The company has posted a vacancy for a 3 bedroom twice and each time I have called, the nonchalant woman, states the information listed is incorrect.

Great Apartment Complex!!

These are beautiful townhomes!! I love living here. I feel safe and the maintenance is always on point. There were issues with neighbors and neighbor's company parking in resident assigned parking, but the issue has been promptly and efficiently addressed. I look forward to renewing my lease. The property manager Sam is great and she takes care of the residents and the property.

New Management is Wonderful!

Since we have had new management from last year, the customer service from the property manager has been impeccable. She makes sure that things are explained in detail, and that the community always looks up to par. Her concern and care for community, including us, makes us want to continue to live here and follow the rules set. I am so glad to have this new manager. Thanks Sam!!
