This building has nothing but drug addicts around it due to the boarding houses down the street , until they clean those properties up beware ! Also parking lot dark at night !

AWFUL! If I could give zero stars I would! The entire staff here is UNPROFESSIONAL. I was thrilled to rent one of their lofts then come inspection day I was hit with the odor of car urine in the loft. I was assured this would be taken care of and the odor would be gone come move in day. Well, move in day happens and I was not only hit with the smell of cat urine but also hit with the smell of chemicals! I absolutely did NOT move in that day due to the harsh chemical smell. I was told to give it… a couple weeks and the chemical and cat urine smell would go away, I waited the couple weeks and it still did not go away. As I awaited a solution to this odor issue the loft GOT RENTED OUT to another tenant!! From there I requested my rent and deposit back...after getting the run around from the staff I finally got notice that I should expect my security deposit back...well it’s been a month and I’ve gotten nothing back from them.
