Best property in Hopewell!

I have lived in Hopewell all my life and after selling my home and in the process of looking for a new one, I chose to live at Farmingdale Townhouses. This is a great property! The management keeps it clean, well maintained and quiet. They take care of your maintenance issues right away. The upgrades inside look great! And for the price and space you can't beat it. I know I sound like a spokes person, but I hear a lot of people say things about Hopewell. Not here! The two years that I lived... there were great. Highly recommend this place.

Loved It!

Moved here at 7 months pregnant & had nothing but help for me & my family! Military friendly & a very hands on apartment manager that handles issues promptly. Quiet place with space & good prices. VERY friendly & always helpful & understanding.

Loved it there!!!!

The time I lived at Farmingdale Townhouses was a very happy experience. The amenities - exercise room, pool and laundry - were very clean, safe and modern. Even more important, the office and maintenance staff were exceptional. Whatever I needed, they were there for me. Their friendliness was always evident, even when they were very busy. The grounds were always kept neat and tidy.

Very disappointing.

One lil small disagreement with the rental manager, and she gives me a 30day notice to move...only because, I am tired of her bullying ways, she talks down to you, like you are a child...for once I couldn't take it anymore.... So since her feelings was hurt, I have been asked to leave....okay so is this how you handle business??
