LOVE IT HERE!

We have lived at many different apartments over the years and The Point at Palisades has by far been the most wonderful one! Everything from the leasing and maintenance staff to the safety and quietness of the community is what makes living here so enjoyable. We are so sad we have to move out to be closer to work and would 100% live here again if we come back to the area! We will miss our spacious apartment and what it truly means to live in a luxury place!

Don’t even consider it

The worst apartment complex that I have ever lived in. The gate is ALWAYS broken. Pigeons took over the balcony making it unusable. The elevators are always disgusting. Property management team has no clue what they are doing. Panco Management is price gouging and terrible company that should go out of business for continuing to raise rents but doing literally nothing.

Horrible

I really wanted this complex to be good but it’s not. Trash compactor empty/not full but people line trash like animals. Nails/cigarette butts/trash all over buildings. Horrible just horrible.
