    Apartments are great. Management is not

    This apartment community is lovely. However, read and document everything before moving in or out as they will charge you for everything when you move out even if you were told it wasn't an issue when you moved in. Take pictures and document everything. I was also told it was fine to hang things and then upon moving out told that I hung too many things. Again the community is quiet and the location is supreme but there are many other options for rentals in Mechanicsville and I advise you too… look there first.
