Nice apartments in convenient location

Great school district, close to the interstate, lots of restaurants close by, affordable apartments in a great location. Bedrooms are spacious with lots of closet space. Open floorplans! Love the pantry in the kitchen.

Moving out Process

I live here for 13+ years and when I decided to by a home, I asked Creekpointe to do a act of kindness by letting me out of my lease for the remaining 2 months and they responded “No special treatments”, but called me weeks later asking what can they do to get me to stay. They never had any issues or late payments alway from me, but they have had poor management(like a swinging door) NO GOOD DEED FOR A LOYAL TENANT

Whatever you do don’t move here! They care nothing about their residents. These apartments are ran so trashy and unprofessional. If you love peace and quiet, this place here is not for you.

A nice quiet and well-kept neighbourhood. A good place for children. Schools for all grade levels are nearby. Excellent school bus services. Children are picked up and dropped off within the community compound. Hospital is just minutes away! Safe community atmosphere.
