Lake Forest at Swift Creek is a wonderful place to live. Not only is it beautiful but the staff is nice and maintenance is great. We have many amenities. A heated pool, workout room, sauna, pool table, dog park, card games, breakfast, and many more things going on all the time. We plan on being here a long time.

It used to be a great community. Everything went downhill about three months ago. Our rent went up but amenities went down.

My personal experience was fine with a minimal problem. However the care of the outside main entrance of Lake Forest is a disgrace. Dead flowers in the planters and a dead bush in the large planter. If I were a prospective renter I would not be impressed.
