Best place I've ever lived!
Every single staff person is friendly and approachable. They want to make everyone happy and are the kindest staff I’ve encountered in the 11 rentals I’ve had. Maintenance has gone out of their way to help and work orders are tackled fast, too. You can tell how passionate they are about the property and their residents.
–Everything is as beautiful as it looks online. Expensive quartz countertops, glass shower doors in my master, etc. The blackout blinds in the bedroom and the privacy blinds in... the other areas are nice. The appliances are high-end and look great.
–Can’t beat free drinks! I love hitting the clubhouse for tea or infused water with the beverage machine (there's also coffee), open 24/7.
– The cheapest internet ($55 a month) is more than enough plus all of our devices and smart products and several people on Zoom at once. It’s never gone out either!
–There are frequent community events with atered food or BBQ's. They listen to what residents want and will fund groups. We've had yoga several times with a great instructor with food and drinks afterwards!
–I’m blown away by the size of they gym and what’s offered. I've never seen such cool, expensive equipment at an apartment gym.
–Many staff live here as well with their families. That speaks volumes to me because they too want a safe, beautiful place to live. I feel safe here.
–There’s plenty to do. Walk the area withsi dewalks connecting to the property, the sports simulator is cool, pool table, and there are games by the pool which are fun, too.
–Trash valet is a cool perk I didn’t know I wanted.
–If you want a change of scenery while working or a cozy place to chill, the options are endless, inside and out.
–Zahir, the property manager, treats Luxe like his baby. Edward Rose doesn’t build and make some cash off of their properties just to later sell them. They keep them forever so maintain them properly. It’s been proven to me several times already Zahir is very kind, listens, takes concerns seriously, and is honest. I have environmental sensitivities and allergies that can make living situations challenging but they have been amazing in accommodating me without complaint.
