The best community I've lived in. I enjoy running n2 my neighbors as they are walking their dogs, and each time I see them. It's the type of community that you can hear a pin drop at night. It's that quiet!

I have been here since 2019 and love it! The complex is clean and they are quick to respond to residents. Maintenance is usually with two days.

Everything is good! Love the apartment - clean and functional.

If I were to give notes the trash situation is really out of hand. I know the dumpsters can't take furniture but so many people leave furniture all around there and its an eye sore. The trash also smells really bad - I know right now its from the sun and baking but in an ideal world we could move the trash dumpster to a more hidden spot so I can enjoy my balcony without the smell of garbage.

As for admendities a grill would be… really nice! Maybe in the pool area (?) just a suggestion!
