Aqua Vista Apartments

I've lived in this apartment since May, 2000, (15 years). My apartment is located in a colonial type, town house village. There are 6 apartments in the building, 2 on each floor. The mailboxes are conveniently located in the building. The door has a door knock and is secured with a dead bolt lock. Now lets go inside the apartment. As you enter my apartment you come into a foyer which measures, 12 ft. x 5 ft. On the right, is a louvered door compartment which exclusively houses the AC and... Heating units. I have central AC & heat. A step further in, on the same wall is, again, another louvered closet which I use for my outer coats and hats. [Oh, I almost forgot, located high-up on that right foyer wall, between the unit closet and the coat closets is a red cover electric emergency cut-off switch, to be used only by the fire department]. Continuing in from the entrance. The foyer bends to the right, (an 'L' shape). On that right wall are two device, a carbon monoxide detector and a digital air/heat control. On the ceiling above, located between the two bedrooms, is the smoke detector. Take a step forward and you're at the entrance of bedroom #1. My apartment is a two bedroom apartment. Bedroom #1 measures 12' 4'' x 12' 1''. It easily accommodates a full size queen size bed, a six drawer dresser, an ottoman for linen storage. A TV, lamp, clock, phone table all in one. Ample walking room on three sides of the bed, making it a cinch to remake in the mornings. There's a floor lamp operated by the wall switch. Each wall in each bedroom has a two outlet socket. The double closets in each bedroom has double sliding doors, permitting more floor space. All clothing closets, [2 double, 1 single] has a switch operated light. My window view from bedrooms #1 and 2 are the same. From my bedroom windows, I have a coveted, unobstructed view of the James River and Chesapeake Bay. I can literally throw a baseball from my window into the river. I have an open end kitchen which extends to the dinning area. All rooms are hard wood floors. The bathroom has its own linen closet.
