Nice spacious apartment. Nice neighborhood. Maintenance responds in a timely manner. Rental office friendly staff. My only issue is the appliances are outdated.

Maybe give some accentives when you renew your lease. We all pay around the same amount I wish I could get updated appliances the all black stove and refrigerator and things. The noise is ok but the walls are thin so you do hear everything. I really never had a problem with my neighbors.

Do not move here!

While picking somewhere to live and I choose here due to good reviews and affordable rent. Now, I’m starting to believe that they are deleting negative reviews this complex is not all that. Upon move in the unit was not properly cleaned with crumbs all under the dishwasher, grease on the baseboards.With painting that still had to be done and dead bugs left in the kitchen light. Overall not cleaned properly.Not only that they say these units are “renovated” they’re not. Some units still have… brown cabinets while others have white cabinets with white appliances even though in the pics online they show white cabinets with black appliances. The hallway stinks coming up to the unit and not only that I found out that they moved us into a roach infested unit from THEM not cleaning properly after the last tenant. I have seen a roaches/roach eggs/skins everyday since I moved in and haven’t even been here a MONTH. Although they did come and spray I shouldn’t have been moved into a unit with a roach problem. Especially in the kitchen it’s disgusting.Save yourself the headache and rent somewhere else!

Money hungry property management

You should rethink living here. They do not have ceiling fans as stated and no longer cover any utilities starting this August,on top of the fact rent has been raised. Upkeep of the overall structure/interior of the apartment is lacking.Paper thin ceilings and walls are a constant inconvenience as well as rust and water stains in bathrooms.Save your money and go somewhere nice for the same price or less

Go else where

When you go for a tour of the apartment they make you feel welcomed and wanted as soon as you sign on the dotted line it becames more of a nightmare takes forever to get something fixed when they decide to send some to fix the problem it's always half done. Office manager is alway too busy doing other things then to attend to tendants needs and concerns. Very inconsiderate to there tendants needs and could care even less about repairing thing properly only worried about collecting rent..whats… even worst unfortunately I'm stuck in a lease here to all future residents just go else ware
