Place needs some upgrades. It seemed like everything leaked. Maintenance seems to ONLY come late at night for "emergencies" and they barge in with little to no notice. Took them 2 months to realize their check scanner was not working so I had 2 rent payments pulled out at the same time. It was clean enough though, I didn't have any bug problems.

If it has 2 reviews and only 2 pictures 9 times out of 10 they don't want you to see something there. If there is latex paint on walls stay away from it they use it to cover up something that they don't wanna fix. As for roaches sadly are an issue in places and once they have had them you can never get rid of them without doing more deeper extermination bombs and sprays won't help easiest way is to remove whatever they infest. I.e. furniture cabinets inside of walls etc. Any apartment you look... at always check the kitchen cabinets roaches leave a brownish residue behind and small black pellets that is their feces and eggs. Difficult place to get things done, hard to get help, when help is needed. Parking is awful. It is a quite neighborhood but the place overall needs thousands of upgrades for the prices they give. Maintenance enters homes unannounced. Electrical is a nightmare as well.

Would not rent from again.

It was a nice place at one time, but the windows had a very bad mold problem had to tilex the windows weekley.
windows never fixed and then a new lady moves in and said it pays to have pull, she picks and choose who can stay and if they want you gone u will be gone don't waste ur time go some where else and the spiders were bad i could go on and on save your family the hassel oh and p.s. they kick people out to jack the rent up they care nothing about you and the Lady in the office is so slow... needs to go back to school so please save your family the grief !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
