I like that the neighborhood is clean and quiet. My neighbors are cordial and helpful to one another. Maintenance responds in a timely manner and is professional when talking to you. He takes time to explain what's going on if you have questions. I don't like unannounced guests. I don't like contractors entering my unit because I can't hear them while in the bathroom. I didn't hear a knock at the door. It startled me to see them when I came out. I like the rewards program to help with rent.

Well, I've said on numerous occasions. The staff here at Silver Hill is awesome. Love the community, quiet, the grounds are kept up, dog friendly, close to local shopping and restaurants. Highmark really needs to give Beth and Desmond a big raise for all they do.

My residence experience here is Exceptional. When you enter the vestibule, there's a welcoming feeling. Everytime I get here from work, I know, I can go in my place, relax in a calm & comfortable environment. The management here makes sure they take care of the facility to better our experience here. We have better lighting & security outside. I'M GLAD, TO CALL IT HOME ??. Great Professional & Friendly Management & Maintenance Associates. When someone new moves in, I tell them, WELCOME HOME ... ?? ...
