My experience

I’ve been living here for 3 years every time I call to get Matience done it has been months before they come . Also they claim they will fix the on unit washer and dryers but yet 3 years later still not been fixed they change management pretty often and claim it’s going to improve I hope so soon

NICE PLACE TO LIVE!

It's an older apartment community but well kept.
The grounds are clean and landscaped, simple yet nicely.
The resident parking availability needs considerable work( not enough permit spaces). Especially since the office staff apparently are not allowed to park in "their" reserved spaces. But I'm sure they are working on this matter since they are always there to help.
It's a nice place to live.

Don’t not live here

I have lived here since August 2023 and it has been the absolute worse experience ever. They advertise a washer and dryer in unit plus washer and dryers on property. Well I have had to have my washer and dryer replaced a minimum of 5 times which each time has taken multiple weeks to get replaced. After moving in they never came in and fixed or replaced any of the things on the move in sheet like they stated they would. Everytime I have spoken to the manager they said they would get it fixed but… never did. SO DO NOT LIVE HERE!

Excellent Customer Service

Great location! Quiet Community. The staff is extremely helpful, very professional and polite. They go above and beyond when answering questions and responding to maintenance requests. They take pride in what they do! Thank you Kaitlin and Walt for everything you do!

Don’t waste your time

Outdated, horrible parking, shootings, not pet friendly, no pool, not a very friendly community, maintenance will do the bare minimum, thin walls, I can keep going but I hope this can help a family out.
