While I just moved in and don’t know how it will be long term, I will say my first impression is very good. Apartment was spotless upon move in, got a brand new carpet, and the office staff were super nice and helpful on move In day. On the second day I noticed a small issue and submitted a maintence request, and the maintence staff was there later that day to address it. Dumpsters are clean, people seem nice, it’s relatively quiet, and the location is great.

This place is fine. It's close to everything. The rent is going up like everywhere but it's reasonable. I don't mind not having my place remodeled for the cheaper rate. It's quiet. The best kind of quiet.

I’d give a 4.5 if I could. The grounds are well kept and it’s quiet. Amenities are nice and typically well kept. Previously the girls in the office were hit or miss but I know there’s been some changeover so hopefully it’s gotten better. Maintenance is super nice but can be slow to tend to non emergency conveniences.
