It’s ok. Expected more but some things need changing. Like when it rains I have to walk through the entrance with water pouring from the roof of it. Need better drainage when it rains for the water to pour in the gutters to the side of the roof.

recently moved into Waterman's Crossing in Newport News, and I couldn’t be happier! My two-bedroom unit is bright and spacious with high ceilings, laminate flooring, granite countertops, stainless appliances, and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard. The in-unit washer/dryer is a game-changer. The resort-style pool is pristine, and the 24-hour fitness center is excellent. The location is perfect—just minutes from the interstate, Patrick Henry Mall, and dining. Management and maintenance... are incredibly responsive and friendly. It's truly pet-friendly with a spacious dog park—my golden retriever Max loves it! Waterman's Crossing feels like a true sanctuary. Highly recommended!
