Forgotten personal items can be shipped within 1 week of discovery, with the guest paying for shipping plus a $30 handling fee for domestic shipping only. Any additional guests must be approved in advance; unauthorized extra guests will incur a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the agreed-upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Smoking indoors incurs a $250 fee and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. A $250 fee will be applied if charcoal is used in a propane grill. Unauthorized pets will incur a $250 fee per pet. Excessive dirty dishes will incur a $50 fee. A missing towel will incur a $20 fee per towel. Drug paraphernalia, bodily fluid or waste, glitter or confetti, and unauthorized parties/large gatherings will incur additional cleaning fees.
