Additional fees for smoking indoors, vomit/bodily fluid or waste, illegal drug paraphernalia are $250, glitter or confetti is $200, unauthorized pets is $200 per pet, dirty dishes is $50, and missing towel is $20 per towel. Pets must not be left alone during your stay, you must pick up after your pet in the yard, and they are not allowed on furniture or beds. No noise complaints due to pets from neighbors.
