Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking is permitted outdoors only in designated areas, and additional cleaning fees will apply for smoking inside the home, drug paraphernalia, bodily fluid or waste, glitter or confetti, unauthorized pets, and dirty dishes. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. No parties or events are allowed. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee. If additional guests are brought beyond original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property.
