Roaches, Leaky faucets, and no power

There is a roach infestation in the apartment. Maintenance was supposedly going to be sent but they have not been by. It is Thursday and Dominion said the power has been on since Monday, but there is an outage in the unit so no electricity for 7 days now.
The faucet has been running nonstop and will not turn off and will not get hot either. All matters have been brought to the landlord to no avail. The lease was signed one week ago and haven't been able to sleep a full night here. Had to find... other accommodations. Please look elsewhere to find better conditions. This isn't worth the money and headache, and on top of that you aren't able to contact anyone directly. Everything is all by email.
