Thoughtful extras include fresh linens, basic beach gear, and a small dining nook. Outside, enjoy a private deck with seating, a grill, and a hot tub.
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway. Forgotten personal items may be shipped domestically within one week of discovery, with the guest responsible for the cost of shipping plus a $30 fee. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee.

Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time.
