This bright, well-appointed guesthouse studio above the garage features an open living area, a full bathroom, a compact but fully equipped kitchenette with a coffee station, microwave, mini-fridge, and cookware, a smart TV, and complimentary Wi-Fi. Thoughtful extras include fresh linens, basic beach gear, and a small dining nook. Outside, enjoy a private deck with seating, a grill, and a hot tub.
Parking is limited to 1 vehicle in the driveway.

Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), and dirty dishes ($100). Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted checkout time will result in a $60 per hour late checkout fee. Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time.
