The downstairs bedroom has an older model TV that’s perfect for gaming or connecting your own devices. The upstairs area has an open floor plan that gives the space a bright, airy, and cozy feel, perfect for relaxing or spending time together. The bathroom area has a small step up and down, so guests are asked to take a little extra care when moving around. The bathroom area is enclosed with curtains for privacy but it’s important to note it is not fully separated by walls from the rest of the space. It’s clean, spacious, and equipped with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Other amenities include a barbecue grill, smart TV, Wi-Fi, sunroom, and jacuzzi tub.

Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Additional fees will be charged for smoking indoors ($250), vomit/bodily fluid or waste ($250), broken glass/food in the hot tub ($250), illegal drug paraphernalia ($250), glitter or confetti ($200), unauthorized pets ($200), dirty dishes ($50), and missing towels ($20 per towel). Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee.
