Quiet hours must be maintained between 10 pm and 8 am. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia, bodily fluid or waste, glitter or confetti, smoking, unauthorized pets, broken glass or food in the hot tub, and dishes. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation (or pre-approved by the hosts) will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon check-out time will result in a $60 per hour (pro-rated) late check-out fee.
