Quiet hours must be maintained between 10pm-8am. Parking is limited to four vehicles. Additional cleaning fees will apply for drug paraphernalia ($300), bodily fluid or waste ($300), glitter or confetti ($250), smoking ($250), unauthorized pets ($250), broken glass/food in hot tub ($250), and unwashed dishes ($50). Dogs are not allowed on the furniture. Any unregistered pet will incur a minimum $250 emergency cleaning and sanitation fee, covering deep cleaning, allergy treatment, odor removal, and extra turnover time. If additional guests are brought beyond the original reservation guest total and the host is not notified, the booking will be canceled immediately with no refund and guests will be required to leave the property. Any additional guests over the amount specified in the reservation will result in a $75 fee per person. Failing to vacate the property by the posted/agreed upon checkout time will result in a $60 per hour (pro rated) late checkout fee.
