Staff is really nice, understandable, approachable and helpful. Maintenance handles all issues quickly and effectively. Never had an issues that weren’t fixed within 1 day. Overall, a good experience.

Everyone in the office is amazing. The maintenance people are on point, they really know their stuff, and they're super nice and very quick to take care of any of your needs. The neighborhood is really quiet

Great affordable apartments with all the needed appliances. The only appliance it lacks is microwave. A good and safe area I’d recommend to friends.

Studios don’t have dishwashers which is stressful and was falsely advertised. But everything else has been good, the homeless issue—having random people sleeping in buildings has improved. Maintenance has been very helpful and quick when work orders are requested.
