This place is a joke

While the property management is trying to get you in this trap they don't tell you about the big piles of dog poop by your windows, or after you move in they get rude as heck if you want a better place to live try the Norfolk zoo at least you know what your getting. Make sure you have the full understanding about their utilities because everyone is on the same meter so how can they pin point what you have to pay, they gonna get your money watch out

We do allow pets in our community with restrictions on certain breeds, but we… would never encourage or allow a buildup of animal waste by anyone’s home. ****Five Star Complex ****

First this a very affordable complex that is tucked away in a quite section of the City of Norfolk. It is conveniently close to the interstate which makes daily commute very pleasant. The grounds are professionally maintained year round and the staff is very personable and accessible and very quick to satisfy any need or concern. By the way, the apartments are spacious (2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, sizable living room and dining area with a washer and dryer included). Impressive!!!!

Not Ideal

Upside: Convenient location if you work at NOB or attend ODU, Sewell's Pt is a great elementary school, and there's lot of shopping close by in Ghent and Wards Corner.

Downside: Pretty much everything else, apartments are severely outdated, bathroom fixtures are leaky and maintenance is slow to respond, the parking lot floods every time it rains (I have ruined shoes, walked barefoot and had to park elsewhere because of this),there's possums in the trashcans, and the rental office staff are not… professional. For the amount of rent I recommend looking elsewhere.
