New Management- Great Improvements!

We’ve lived here for a couple years now. When we first moved in the management was terrible, things were getting run down, and it was hard to get maintenance to fix anything. The new management has made so many great improvements and maintenance issues get fixed quickly now. I love the location and being able to walk Downtown and down by the water!

New Management Has Really Turned This Place Around!

I’ve lived here through the management transition and the difference has been night and day. The new management team has truly turned this community around. Communication is better, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and you can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the property. The grounds are cleaner, things are getting addressed proactively, and there’s a much more positive atmosphere overall. It’s refreshing to finally feel heard and appreciated as a resident. Excited to… see the continued improvements!

DO NOT LIVE HERE

All of our appliances are having problems and trying to get someone to fix it takes several day. They falsely advertise a 48 maintenance guarantee. Clearly understaffed and overworked.

If I could give 0 stars I would

Management is non-existent. The bugs are disgusting. When we moved in, the place wasn't even cleaned. Apartments flooding are no stranger to this place, couldn't live in the apartment for a period of time, and wasn't compensated. No amenities for the price. Elevator smells like pee, plus its always broken. The stairwells are trashed. Trash is all over the parking lot. Dogs pee in the lobby, and dog poop is never picked up, so don't walk in the grass.
