How Is This Rating Determined?

No security deposit returned

I was a tenant here for 5 years, every payment on time. I vacated back on July 1 and still have not received my security deposit. Every time I contact management I am told they will look into it and I don't get a follow-up. This has been the case every two weeks for the past two months.

As far as the other complaints in these reviews, they are legitimate; there was a single maintenance guy for all the properties. It took them 1.5 months to fix my washer, so long I was already moved out.
