Units are in fact Not Available
Do not trust this listing, the units here on the site are not available, you have to go to their website, and it is not functioning. I called and the person that answered was very rude. I told her that I was looking on this website and then to their website, and it gave me errors. Her response was simply, WE DO NOT HAVE ANY, TRY AFTER APR 30. That is it, super rude tone and then hung up on me.

I'm going to miss this place
I've been living here just over a year. I love it here. This has got to be the most quiet and cleanest building I've lived in for quite some time. The management staff (Jackie and Felicia) are sooooo nice and professional always. And literally anytime I have a maintenance request, it gets fixed within 24 hours! (just from my experience anyways). The property staff is very professional and courteous here. I also have a view of the water of the Chesapeake Bay, and the building is next to a golf... course. When I leave this place next year, I will miss it dearly.

Greatest View on the Bay
I have lived at the Royal Mace for 10 years. The Royal Mace staff treats you like family. Mrs Terry, Ms Felicia, Steve and AJ are all exceptional people.
I can sit on my sofa and see a view of the ocean and is breathtaking. Watching storms rolling In from the ocean onto land is like watching a scene from a movie.
Out my bedroom window I can see a lush green golf course. I feel like I am on vacation all the time!
