Dangerous living conditions. Apartment B2 in Broadmore property had horrible mold problem, resulting in severe illness. Professional mold testing proved 39% air quality was stachybotrus mold. Pennecilium and aspergillis as well. Management is incompetent and tried to ignore requests to fix. Their "fix" was to send in a plaster contractor to cover it up. We have it all documented by mold testing results, pictures, video, and written communication with management. THIS APARTMENT WAS QUICKLY... RE-RENTED - did they actually hire a professional mold remediation company to clean it up or is the problem so widespread that they just covered it up again? Do not move into a Meredith Management property unless you want to spend $1,200 in professional mold testing, $60,000 in medical bills, $15,000 in abandoned property and having to restart and repurchase your entire life, 8 months of sickness resulting in dropping pre med classes at ODU. behavior and action (or lack of) by management just made it so much worse.
