Comfortable spot for 1st time renters as all basic utilities (electric/trash/sewer cable) are included in the base rent. It allowed us to assist our son when needed. Recommend without reservations!

I’ve been here for about 3 years now in two different apartments. It’s a relatively quiet place to live and everyone mostly keeps to themselves. Landlords are quick to respond to emails and quick to fix any maintenance issues or requests. Only complaint is the parking lot isn’t the best.

I love it here. Quiet tenants that respect quiet hours, secured building with a lit parking lot that has working cameras. The landlords are very friendly and responsive. Walking distance from public transport, restaurants and antique shops, while also close to 95 without the crazy overcrowding traffic you see in Chesterfield and Richmond. The library (which is amazing) is just a block away and there is a farmers market every Saturday just a few blocks down hill. The parking lot is small, but... there is a ton of street parking. Soon there will even be a rooftop bar opening just around the corner in The Petersburg Hotel. Great location, good walkable entertainment options, amazing landlords.

I’ve been at Butterworth flats for 6+ months and I have loved every bit of my stay. The all inclusive apartments are modern and clean, hallways and entryways are always spotless. My neighbors and I keep to ourselves but for the most part everyone is friendly. Management goes above and beyond to ensure all tenants are satisfied and respected. 10/10 would recommend. I definitely plan on staying here for the next few years.
