How Is This Rating Determined?

I would leave sooner if I could

Draft in my bathroom makes it unbearably cold this winter. Drafts on the floor because of unsealed edges. Both my front and side doors have visible cracks that you can see right outside. And the best part is how I am ignored for letting them know that the common backyard is now a sanctuary for dog poop. And now I feel like I am being intimidated by a so called resident. I am ready to leave since my money is not appreciated here.

Best Apartment Yet

This is one of the nicest apartments I've stayed in yet. I just moved in and the leasing company was super friendly to deal with and made the process as smooth as possible! It's everything I need and more and I love the downtown feel with close proximity to nearby restaurants and cafe's. I am excited to settle in here and would definitely recommend it.
