This is about the best management I have ever experienced living in Petersburg ! They are very kind and loving and is willing to help you as long as you keep the communication line open! I hate the buildings because they are very old but management is trying their best to remodel these apartments ?? Kwamane and Cherelle is the best hands down and they are the only reason I have not moved out yet.!

This is the worst place you can move ROACH INFECTED!!! Roaches in the kitchen cabinets, closets, and don’t get me started on how bad they are in the bathroom. It don’t matter how clean you are or how much you try to get them to come spray they are still going to be there. MANAGEMENT IS TERRIBLE. They constantly change ownership so you don’t get help with any problems. ALWAYS HERE GUNSHOTS LIVING HERE. AND THERE IS A TRAIN TRACK RIGHT BESIDE THE COMPLEX YOU HERE ALL DAY AND NIGHT. They will walk... into your apartment anytime they want without giving you a call or anything before.

The apartments are not properly upkept. The management is even worse specifically property manager. It is basically impossible to contact regional manager for the management company. Property manager unprofessional and inconsiderate of the residents the only kind people working are in maintenance. And sadly they are unable to over shadow all that is wrong with the complex entirely. Terrible pest infestation & they currently have numerous complaints with Petersburg Health Department. The price is... not worth the hassle I strongly recommend against moving to the complex.

Really nice changes. The apartments a very big! I have looked at other places, but it seems like they are fixin things. Something about a new owner, so I took chance. Not noisy I ain't got no issues. Maintenance is cool and the manger is real cool.

I moved in a few weeks ago and I absolutely love this place! I had searched for months for an apartment and I was so glad when I found these. The management team, April and Corey are awesome! April made the whole process so easy and kept in touch and explained everything. She alone in my opinion sells the apartments alone! I met Corey the day I moved in and he was just as amazing! Super friendly and made me feel so welcomed. I had a few small issues with the apartment when I first moved in but... April had the maintenance staff come take care of it immediately! The maintenance staff was friendly and professional. I see the maintenance guy Sam around the property and he always speaks and is so pleasant! My apartment is so spacious and the renovations they have done are top notch! All around great experience! I am so glad I picked these apartments! Everything is perfect and the staff is beyond amazing! Would definitely recommend to all my family and friends!
