So peaceful and serene. The residence are welcoming and inviting very friendly and neighborly. Everyone looks out for each other. There is definitely a community here. I can’t wait for the community garden. and community events I will be attending.

great place to live
After spending five years in the community, and a couple of property managers Heather, their current manager was by far the most professional, and efficient one. If I ever had a concern, she would always make sure to promptly get back with me, and made my experience a great one.

10/10 recommend!!!!
First off the manager couldn’t be more patient, friendly or accommodating. This lady is a rockstar! Her attitude and willingness, more like desire to help is rare these days. We’ve been here a week and have no complaints so far. The people are friendly and inviting, the apartments are well kept and more spacious than most I’ve seen. The manager alone would’ve made me want to rent here. Amazing place!

We love calling this apartment home!
We are so in love with our apartment. The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. Heather in the front office is always so helpful and goes above and beyond for her customers. The apartment is spacious and newly renovated. My family is very happy here.

Poquoson Place Apartments
Hometown community with an excellent residential staff. Neighbors are friendly. Schools are excellent. The apartment layout is superb and very spacious.
