Stanley Court- No Cost Utilities *

This is below standard for any military or DoD personnel. This place is a filthy joke past due on many renovations. A complete waste of government funding.

First, the houses are all old and many areas of the houses are either unleveled or cracking and nearly hanging on by nails. The parking is terrible if your neighbors have people over you may have to park in the grass or in another lot for parking. THE ROACHES are everywhere outside, inside, in your cabinets almost anywhere you go a roach will be there. Most of the outlets and wiring short out and make things even worse to function while living here. The people don't clean up after their dogs and... dump trash outside their cars or toss it in the yard. Only good thing about this place is you have somewhere to go when it rains that's all I can give and this place is suppose to be for the military families. There are so many problems here it's insane. Takes way too long to get anything fixed. There's trash everywhere and they don't bother to clean it. Just about everyone's ac is broken. Way too expensive for what you get. Someone's car is getting trashed or broken into every day and no one in the office cares about anything going on. Alot of the residents are ignorant and don't pick up after their animals nor do they follow the rules. If you want a parking spot good luck because you're not getting... it. While these places seem fairly well maintained from the outside, there are a lot of things they will not tell you when you move in here. For example, when I moved in we were told that we had security patrol. After a couple of months of people having their place is broken into or having issues of a sort, we find out that they had cancelled the security service around here.

Another issue is that oftentimes things don't actually get fixed when you call any maintenance request. A lot of things... get band-aided. There are ants in many of the places, most of the Units I've been in R on a lean to some degree. Last but not least, even though there's a sign up saying that this is military housing, Civilians including non DoD and non federal employees live here. Read More
