This is a wonderful community with an excellent, friendly staff. The location is very convenient for travel; it’s not far from the interstate and there are lots of nearby shopping centers and eateries. There’s a playground for the kids and the homes are spacious and clean with maintenance on staff. There’s a playground price is very reasonable. What a nice place to live!

I’ve been here for 4 months & for this to be my first place I absolutely love it here. It’s very quiet & I don’t worry about anything going on in the area. 10/10 recommend!!!

Very quiet place .I live in a 3 bedroom for 13Years. I love my neighbors and the manager is very nice and maintenance always respond when you email them

Been living here for 13 years. Many different property managers have come through, but Kristy has been the best by far, if i have an issue she doesn't hesitate to help. The homes could use some major updating especially if you've stayed as long as I have. Neighborhood ave had some incidents over the last year or two, but over all low crime area.
