Money Hungry
It's known that the staff purposely don't answer residents' calls whose issues they don't want to deal with. They charged me over $300 on move out for damages that were done before I got there, which I mentioned word for word in the room condition form that their irresponsible staff lost. Barely responded to my constant emails and calls on the situation. Reported me to the credit agency even after I payed for everything. Run by students and a manager who have never had a job before.
