High ceilings, quiet environment, close to great parks and great walks, plenty of restaurants in neighborhood. Amazing roof deck with views of church hill, the river and downtown. This location could not be more convenient. Everything is brand new in... historic building. It is incredibly beautiful and we will make sure you have everything you need. Double insulated 9" walls between units and sound insulation between floors makes this unit exceptionally quiet. Boutique building with only twelve units ensures privacy and quiet. Every amenity has been carefully selected. This is very high-end construction.

Right near capital trail and river walk, 14 minutes from airport, tons of restaurants nearby. Grocery store two blocks away. Short walk to Church Hill and Libby Park. Great option for state legislators, professionals or anyone working at VCU medical center. Terrific neighborhood.
