Satisfied resident

First apartment that I’ve had that is bug free, management are pleasant and easy to get in touch with, apartments are decent size and condition, and neighborhood is quiet. Highly recommend this place! It is a great place to live, easy access to highways, and plenty of stores just a short distance away.

NOT AT ALL SATISFYING

I’ve lived in the forest square apartments on Midlothian for about a year and a half, the worst living arrangements I’ve ever had the pleasure of paying for. The apartment comes with roaches that nobody wants to take care of, my heat has never worked (forcing me to wear winter coats inside during the cold months, and if you can believe this we have a wall A/C unit for the entire apartment. If you have another plausible option please don’t ignore them, this is HARDLY a place you want to be.
